Darcy Zenker

Darcy's mission is to encourage others to live a healthy, active lifestyle, and to achieve their fitness goals . She's a firm believer in hard work and pushing your self to the max. Giving up is never an option with Darcy.
Since childhood Darcy has been a talented athlete participating in soccer, basketball, volleyball, softball, and rugby. She also participated in track and field at the collegiate level for Southern Illinois University. Darcy recently became in IRONMAN in November of 2015. She's also completed 4 marathons and several half marathons. Her competitive drive carries over into her love to train others. As your trainer, Darcy offers dynamic and truly customized group exercise training. Darcy takes your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve all of your fitness goals. As an extremely innovative trainer she strives to keep each workout fresh, fun, and effective for clients. With your determination and her dedication you can make anything happen. Darcy loves a challenge and is always aspiring to do her best. She hopes to share her positive attitude and passion for health and fitness with you.
Darcy has a B.S in Advertising and Marketing from Southern Illinois University.She is AFAA (American Fitness Aerobics Association) Group Exercise Certified. Darcy is also the Mother of 2 sweet kiddos! They love to watch mom do her best and inspire others!
Dana Garcia
Assistant Trainer
Dana has always been athletic, from team sports as a child to running half-marathons as a young adult. She began to attend stroller exercise group with NowFitness after the birth of her first child. Group exercise has become an integral stress-reliever in Dana's "busy mom" lifestyle. The combined social aspect and outdoor environment along with the physical results achieved through targeted interval training all contribute to her love for bootcamp-style fitness. She is passionate about holistic healthy living, and helping others find tools to achieve real lifestyle changes in their family's nutritional routine. Dana loves designing and leading personalized workouts with NowFitness, and has a blast pushing clients to their max and hitting fitness goals as a team.Dana is CPR-certified and AFAA-certified for group fitness instruction. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in Community & Regional Planning from UT-Austin. Dana lives in urban St. Louis in a historic home with her husband, two children, and beagle. She's active in her community through various non-profits and church organizations and runs an online fitness accountability group to help women reach their healthy-living goals.
Amanda Bickel
Assistant Trainer
Amanda is our new NESTA certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach. Amanda is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a passion for nutrition. Helping people make the right choices to achieve a healthier lifestyle is her goal . She has the ability to adapt her coaching sessions to challenge the beginner or motivate her most advanced clients to reach their goals. Amanda believes that Consistency in diet and exercise is the key to fitness success! She will teach you "Fitness at its Finest"!
Amanda's fitness background includes, a love for strength training, weight training, volleyball, tennis and softball. Amanda has run the Lewis and Clark half marathon, and recently competed in her first mud run which she absolutely loved! She plans to compete in her first triathlon this year and take her fitness to a whole new level! Her favorite types of workout? Boot Camp of course!!!
Amanda has a B.S. in Advertising and Marketing from Southern Illinois University. She is employed as the Marketing and Events Coordinator at Jay Wolfe Toyota. She is also a Mommy as well.
